Hurricane Shutters

If you have not sent in your hurricane permit # to Victoria, please do so. If you are not planning on keeping your shutters, please send her an email, otv@realtimepm.com. MCW will take them away.

Balcony Floor Choices

Update on the balcony floor choices. The Board has added a third color choice, dark gray. The painted samples are in the Social Room to view. Click on this link to view them.  Each unit owner has two choices to make, floor color and texture.

  • Floor color, choose one:

    • Light Gray

    • Tan

    • Dark Gray

  • Texture, choose one:

    • Knockdown

    • Knockdown with lines

    • Rollback

    • Rollback with lines

For those that choose the texture with the lines, the size will be 18x18 and will be set at an angle.

Please send Victoria (otv@realtimepm.com) an email with your choice or fill out the sheet in the Social Room.  The default selection will be tan and rollback if we do not hear from you.

The installation of scaffolding has continued around the building at the south end. This will be for the area over the south garage entrance and the #10 stack. Please note that only the north garage will be available to enter and exit the building. Please be very careful when entering and exiting the garage.

Shoring

The week of August 4 MCW started the installation of the shoring in the garage as well as on the balconies of stacks 4-9.  This is to secure the balconies for the column concrete repair work they need to do on the east side of the building. You may still park in your parking spot in the garage.  The parking spots are marked with red or yellow tape to help guide you as to how far to pull into your parking spot.

Reminder

No one is allowed in any of the work areas, including the area behind the yellow and red tape in the garage.
